Refunds & Cancellations
- Any event cancelled within 7 days of purchase will be refunded the full amount less £5 administration charge.
- Customers who request a refund more than four weeks before an event will be paid less a 25% administration charge.
- Customers who request a refund between four and two weeks before an even will be paid less a 50% administration charge.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made within two weeks of the event taking place.
- Should Old Haunts cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, notice will be issued to guests and a full refund will be given.
- Any deposits lost due to a cancellation can be put towards another event.
